The International Journal of Electrical Engineering and Sustainability (IJEES) applies article processing charges (APCs) only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

• For authors based in Libya: 650 LYD

• For international authors: 100 USD

These charges support the cost of editorial management, peer review, online hosting, and long-term digital archiving of published articles.
